Tenor Calland Metts and soprano Sarah Lawrence share a special selection of Broadway’s best — chosen especially for this evening! Enjoy this special evening and help continue more than 20 years of extraordinary artistic experiences for students of all ages and abilities!

• Braised beef short ribs with a red wine demi glaze and garlic mashed potatoes

• Pan fried red snapper with a balsamic soy glaze, mandarin orange salsa, and wild rice pilaf

Passed appetizers will be featured before dinner. All entrées include a seasonal salad and choice of caramel apple cheesecake or chocolate cheesecake for dessert. Coffee will be available. Cash bar.
